Most frequent questions and answers
We do not have a minimum order size. Any size of the collections or made-to-measure orders are welcome. However, larger size orders will benefit from various discounts such as reduction on our pattern grading fees or a longer consultancy/discovery session.
At the present we do not offer this service but have a database of fabric agents and mills that we can share with our clients.
We do not have pattern digitising facilities therefore can only grade patterns that are produced by our pattern cutters or any other patterns delivered to us in digital format.
We are taking utmost care to provide you with the patterns as requested, but if there was a mistake made by one of our team members, we will rectify it as soon as possible without any extra charges. If there was a miscommunication on the part of the designer or there are styles that need changing, there will be extra fees to alter the pattern to reflect those changes.
We pride ourselves on fast turn around times but it very much depends on our current availability and the size of your collection. Please email your sketches to us for the cost and time estimates.
We understand your concerns and will be happy to sign our standard NDA before commencing your order.
All the payments are 50% pro forma and 50% before delivery. We are not offering any credit at this time.
Yes, we are happy to support start-ups of any size. Also, we work with fashion students.
