Face-to-Face Complimentary Discovery Session Policy

1. Session Details

Face-to-face complimentary discovery sessions last 30 minutes.
Sessions are held at Unit B1 Summer Court, 1 Maybury Gardens, London NW10 2NB, unless a different location is agreed upon.
Sessions start and finish sharply at the agreed time and cannot be extended if the client is late.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

A refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the session.
The deposit will be refunded to the client after the session.
Deposits are taken via secured online card transactions and refunded back to the same card.
Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to appear in the client’s account.
In case of a no-show or late rescheduling (less than 48 hours notice), the deposit will not be refunded.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be sent to hello@patterncutting.studio.
Late rescheduling (less than 48 hours notice) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Sessions start at the agreed time and cannot be extended for free if the client arrives late.
However, the session can be extended as paid time in accordance with clause 7, subject to the availability of the consultant.
In case of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

This complimentary discovery session is provided with no obligation to purchase our services.
Clients are free to decide whether to proceed with our services after the session.
Pattern Cutting Studio Ltd does not have any commitment to offer further support, sessions, or provide services after the discovery session.
We reserve the right to decline further collaboration if we determine we are not the right fit for each other, or for any other reason.

The complimentary session is limited to 30 minutes.
If the session extends beyond 30 minutes, we will charge £70 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
The client agrees to pay for any additional time used beyond the initial 30 minutes.
This applies to both pre-arranged extended sessions and late-start sessions as per clause 4.
We will issue an invoice for any additional charges, and immediate payment is required.

Clients must complete a questionnaire prior to the session to help us identify their needs and structure the session appropriately.

All information collected before and during the session will be used in accordance with our GDPR policy.

All information discussed during the discovery session is considered confidential.
Both Pattern Cutting Studio Ltd and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the session.
Neither party shall disclose any information from the session to third parties without the explicit written consent of the other party.
This confidentiality agreement remains in effect regardless of whether the parties decide to work together after the discovery session.
